At Grace Studio, I combine Joseph Pilates' method with my 20 years of teaching experience encompassing classical ballet, standard weight training, physical therapy modalities, yoga and kinesiology which has culminated in the Fowler Technique of physical conditioning.
This is not another trendy physical exercise program. It is a combination of mind/body disciplines that work in concert to produce strength, endurance, well-being and serenity.
It gives those who practice it a lifelong access to excellent posture, graceful balance, superior muscle tone and optimal flexibility.
